Absolutely! if you wish to store your will with Hope Wills, this is something that can be purchased extra at £49.99. You will receive a card that you can keep in a safe place for your nominated executor to retrieve when the time arrives.

All wills written and stored by Hope Wills are secured in our banking system vault, we have a special arrangement to secure these documents in the banks vault which is both secure, safe and fire protected. please allow uptown 2 working days from request to having your will in hand.

To make your will legally binding you need to make sure it’s signed alongside two witnesses. It’s important that both witnesses watch you sign your will at the same time, then they need to add their own details and signatures. This is so that, if your will is ever contested in the future, your witnesses can testify that they watched you sign your will.
